πΒ Hello, we are a team of UX Designers & Researchers who want to help busy college students get dressed faster in the morning!

We found that through our contextual interviews, surveys, and diary study, many students had a significant pain point in their morning routine which was deciding what to wear. The motivation behind developing SmartStyle stems from the need to address the various wardrobe management challenges faced by busy college students. By streamlining the outfit selection process, SmartStyle saves precious time for students, allowing them to focus on their academic and social lives.
Beyond convenience, SmartStyle also promotes overall well-being by supporting mental health through the reduction of decision fatigue. By simplifying daily clothing choices, students can allocate their cognitive resources to more pressing matters, ultimately reducing stress and enhancing their quality of life. In essence, SmartStyle not only offers a practical solution for wardrobe management but also fosters a positive impact on the overall well-being of college students.
